Important COVID regulations

For the safety of the staff at Hills Eye Surgery and other patients, please ensure the following:

• Inform our receptionist prior to attending your appointment if you have visited any of the Covid hot spots mentioned in the media recently or if you are unwell / have any flu like symptoms. Your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
• You must wear a face mask at all times while at Hills Eye Surgery.
• Please use the hand sanitiser at the reception counter on entry to Hills Eye Surgery.
• Please practice social distancing while at Hills Eye Surgery.
• Please bring a maximum of one other person to your appointment if not attending alone.
